neoClarity Community Guidelines

Welcome to neoClarity! We're glad you're here. This is a friendly space where adults 50 and over can learn about AI tools together, ask questions, and help each other grow. To keep our community welcoming and helpful for everyone, please follow these simple guidelines:

1. Be Kind and Welcoming to Everyone

neoClarity is a place where we all learn together. Everyone here deserves to feel welcome and respected, no matter their background, beliefs, abilities, or experience with technology. We don't tolerate:

  • Unkind or hurtful comments

  • Bullying or harassment of any kind

  • Disrespectful behavior based on someone's race, religion, gender, disability, or any other personal characteristic

If someone is being unkind, please let a neoClarity moderator know.

2. Treat Others with Respect

We encourage friendly conversations and different points of view. It's okay to disagree! However, please:

  • Focus on ideas, not on criticizing people personally

  • Stay patient with members who are still learning

  • Be encouraging and supportive

  • Avoid arguments or heated debates

Remember: We were all beginners once. A little patience and kindness go a long way.

3. No Advertising or Selling

This community is for learning and connecting, not for sales or promotion. Please don't:

  • Post advertisements for products or services

  • Send unsolicited promotional messages to other members

  • Share spam or irrelevant content

If you're unsure whether something is appropriate to share, please ask a moderator first.

4. Stay on Topic

neoClarity is focused on learning about AI tools and technology. While friendly conversation is always welcome, please keep your posts related to:

  • Learning about AI apps and tools

  • Asking questions about technology

  • Sharing helpful tips and experiences

  • Discussing course content and events

Off-topic posts may be removed to keep the community focused and helpful.

5. Protect Your Privacy and Others

This is a private learning space for neoClarity members. Please:

  • Don't share other people's personal information

  • Be thoughtful about what personal details you share about yourself

  • Never share someone else's private messages or information without their permission

  • Report any suspicious behavior to a moderator

Your safety and privacy are important to us.

6. Ask Questions Freely

Remember: There are no silly questions here! We're all learning together. If you're confused or need help, please ask. Our community is here to support you.



What Happens If Someone Breaks These Guidelines?

We want everyone to feel safe and welcome. If someone breaks these guidelines:

  • Their post or comment may be removed

  • They may receive a friendly reminder about our guidelines

  • Repeated problems may result in removal from the community

  • Serious violations (like harassment or unkind behavior) may result in immediate removal
